I belong to this group on Flickr that does different photography challenges. Sometimes I participate and sometimes I don't. In an effort for the group to get to know each other better, our "assignment" for the day was to photograph everything that was in our wallet or purse. The reasoning being, you can learn a lot about someone by what they carry around all the time. The only rules were 1) you couldn't take anything out 2) you had to do it today 3) you couldn't add anything to it. So here is mine:1) My purse. It's a Coach I got at the Outlet while we were in Myrtle Beach this summer. It's time to switch to something a little more "fall" looking.
2) The September 2008 Real Estate Guide. Volume 18. Issue 8.
3) A Bank of Marion drive thru envelope with $9.28 in it.
4) A DirecTV bill that I plan on contesting before paying.
5) A PaperMate pen. 1.4 Bold Point. Black.
6) A Moleskine sketch pad, for those random times I feel like drawing something. (You didn't know I drew, did you? See, you CAN learn something about people by what they carry.)
7) The lid from a Cherry Coke. Gotta save those Coke Rewards.
8) Contact lens case.
9) A Longaberger measuring tape. Hey! You never know when you might need to measure something!
10) A Clinique mirror.
11) A goody bag from Dr. Spraker's office including toothpaste, a toothbrush, and dental floss. I had a dentist appointment at 8:00 this morning.
12) My 30G iPod. I currently have 3,513 songs and have room for 3,987 more.
13) Personal checkbook. This is how long I have had this checkbook cover. The initials on it are HJD and I haven't been HJD since January, 2000.
14) My keys. House key, bank key, office at work key, studio key, and car key. Plus, CVS card, Ingles Advantage card, Dick's Sporting Goods card, and Food Lion MVP card.
15) Cell phone. Motorola Razr2.
16) Business checkbook.
17) 2008 calendar, compliments of the Bank.
18) Trident gum. Peppermint flavor.
19) Excedrin Sinus Headache with 4 pills left.
20) Kotex pad. What? I'm a girl! What do you expect?
21) A book of matches from Crabby Mike's.
22) Pink Nintendo DS with Dr. Mario cartridge in it.
23) Birth Control Pills. I just realized I'm a day behind.
24) Target brand tissues.
25) A random pill that cures something, I just don't know what. I guess I better not take it.
26) Walgreens Hand Sanitizer.
27) A Tide-To-Go pen.
28) Manicure set with something missing in the far left spot. I wonder what went there.
